on receiving a memo from the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Riyadh, stating that the municipality of Cholopon - ATA Aeskul
province, is one of the most beautiful tourist areas in the Kyrgyz Republic and
will provide a
piece of land to build a five star hotel.
